KIRKLAND BAR & STEAKHOUSE AN EXPLANATION OF OUR STEAKS
We choose and buy the best quality beef available. We buy weekly and never freeze our meat. It’s always fresh.
Our rib eye steak has lots of marbling, which makes it a favorite as far as flavor. We serve an eight, twelve and sixteen ounce. We can also cut the steaks to any size you desire.
Our New York strip is the same quality as the rib eye, except it has very little marbling through the meat and a layer of marbling on one side. This makes it an ideal choice for our customers who do not want as much marbling through the meat. It is a good cut, but not as flavorful as the rib eye, as the marbling, and fat, are what gives beef the good flavor. We serve six, eight, and twelve ounce, and can cut larger filets.
Our hamburger patties are prepared in-house from fresh ground beef and bought weekly. They are never pre-made frozen.
Our steak & shrimp or steak & lobster, are served with an eight ounce rib eye. However, you may choose one of the other cuts. We will adjust the price accordingly.
Since everyone has a different version of rare, medium rare, medium, and medium well, and well, we try to cook our cuts to the upper side of how they are ordered. We will gladly cook them longer to the satisfaction of the customer.
